WHY WE DO IT

Fire doors help protect property and save lives in the event of an emergency. Faulty, damaged or inoperable fire doors can lead to tragic losses to both property and personnel. We provide your facility’s ongoing compliance with NFPA 80 section requirements.

An annual Rolling Fire Door Inspection and Drop Test is required to ensure that your fire doors will close automatically in the case of a fire emergency. National Fire Protection Association standards NFPA 80 require business owners and property managers to have their rolling and sliding fire doors inspected and tested at a minimum once a year. Written documentation of these inspections and tests are to be kept.
